Refund policy
At Hareem Arts, we are committed to delivering premium quality with every order. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must remain intact
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- You are eligible for a FREE exchange or FULL refund
- Return shipping will be covered by Hareem Arts
- Please share your Order ID along with clear images of the issue
Change of Mind
For returns or exchanges due to personal preference:
- Requests are accepted within 7 days
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
- Exchange is subject to product availability
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- All refunds are issued via BANK TRANSFER ONLY
- No cash refunds, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval
Exchange Policy
- Customers must send the item back before exchange
- Delivery charges for exchanged items will be paid by the customer
- Replacement will be dispatched after quality inspection
Sale Items
- Products purchased on SALE or DISCOUNT are FINAL
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 HOURS of placement
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched
Important Information
- We currently DO NOT offer international returns
- Items that do not meet the above conditions will be NOT ACCEPTED
